Order Delivery Details
Within Sri Lanka
All local orders are processed and shipped from our Colombo warehouse. While we make every effort to dispatch orders within 48 hours, dispatch times may be slightly extended during sales campaigns or peak periods.
Delivery timelines and applicable charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order date. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation via email.
Queen Kuweni delivers to all regions across Sri Lanka. To avoid delays, customers must ensure that a complete postal address, including city and postal code, is provided at checkout.
Outside Sri Lanka
International orders are shipped using reliable courier partners. Standard delivery typically takes 10 to 14 working days, depending on the destination country.
Every international shipment includes end-to-end tracking. Tracking details will be shared via email once the parcel has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Please note that delivery estimates begin from the shipment date, not the order date. International deliveries may occasionally experience delays due to customs inspections, incorrect address information, or other external factors beyond our control.
