Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories:

  • Undergarments

  • Fashion accessories including ties, bow ties, lapel pins, cufflinks, pocket squares, and tie pins

  • Perfumes and fragrances

These items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Eligibility

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • The item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

How to Initiate a Return

  • The item(s) you wish to return

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service, as Queen Kuweni cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Shipping fees, taxes, and duties paid during the original purchase are non-refundable
